FAQ about the points programme

Click on the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. There you will find all the information about our points programme. You must be logged in to view your points. If not, the portal itself will ask you to login.

Create an account with the email you used to place your order. After that, send us an e-mail to info@mynidore.com so that we can award you the points, with the order number and e-mail.

Points awarded are for the value of the product only. Without VAT and without transport costs.
