Orders are ready to ship in 1-3 working days, depending on the order and volume. As a general rule, for orders placed before 12:30 on any candle in stock, they are delivered to the carrier the same day. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email to track your order. Always check the shipping details to avoid delivery problems.

Shipping: 3.60€, with delivery within 24-48 hours, and free for purchases over 35€.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of a used candle . If you have experienced a problem with one of our candles, you should inform us immediately at info@mynidore.com.

Our return policy has a 30 day return period. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must have no signs of use. If you have received an order that does not meet your expectations, or is damaged, please inform us immediately at: info@mynidore.com.

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged. We will try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

For accepted returns, you will be sent a label to print and place on the box to be returned. Always keep the original box!

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-20 days.

Late or absent refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
